We are now offering Curbside Pick Up as an option for online orders.
Pick up hours are between 10-4pm
This is how our curbside pick up works:
- 1-2 business days after your online order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up.
- Please park your car on the west side of our store front (alongside Tomken) near the door with the ramp, just 1 door north of our main entrance. Look for the Curbside Pickup LED sign on the door #2.
- You can Ring the Bell or call us from the parking lot. 905-279-3666. Press 0 at the prompts to get an operator.
- Please have your order ID.
- Please remain in your car.
- We will roll your order on a cart out in front of our pick up door having the ramp.
- Please wait for the staff to go back inside our store.
- You can now pick up your purchase safely. Use the cart if the product is heavy and please return it to the same spot.
- There will be no signature required. We might ask you for your name.
This is how our scheduled curbside machine repair drop off appointments works:
- We do offer Curbside Drop Off for Espresso Machine repairs during above hours. Please book an appointment at https://espressoplanet.setmore.com/ or contact us via email so we can schedule an appointment and send you detailed instructions.. We will send you instructions by email about the required paper work and payments.

- You can now place your machine on the cart and return to your car.
- If you need to speak with our staff, please stand back 10 feet from the door so we can come outside.
- There will be no signature required. We might ask you for your name.
