This fee covers for the labour to Diagnose, Tune Up and Repair most of the issues.

Our service team will contact you if parts need to be replaced costing more then $20.00

This service ticket is valid only for: Baratza, Lelit, Rancilio, Mazzer, Fiorenzato, Compak, ECM, Rocket, Macap, Mahlkonig

Let us know about past repairs you had on your machine.

Let us know if you want any maintenance done, like changing group head o-rings or gaskets, shower screens, descaling, This should be brought to our attention before we send you a quotation.

If there are more fees playable upon pick up, you will receive an Invoice.

Please have your order ID available when dropping off your machines for repairs at door #2 (Curbside Pickup).

Please select "Curbside Pickup" as the delivery method and allow 24 hours for processing before dropping off your machine

Current turn around is 2-4 weeks.
