The staff member was very knowledgeable and passionate about your products and services. It was refreshing to learn more than I expected. The service was friendly and 5+ star rated. Just had help on the phone from JR, who coached me through a valve problem which disabled my Duetto 3. He walked me through the repair and I finished my shots with visitors that I had.
