Large Roasting Capacity:

The ALPENROST will roast as much as a 8 oz. / 225g. of green coffee beans at a single time. Enough to last an average family about one week, or enough to fill an automatic espresso machine.

One Touch Operation:

Simply load the green coffee beans into the roasting drum, close the lid, set your desired roast and touch the 'on' button. The ALPENROST will automatically cycle through the roasting and 'cool down' process, and then expel the beans into the bean cup.

Custom Roasting:

The ALPENROST has 15 roast settings allowing the consumer to personally select their favourite roast from a light cinnamon roast, through medium roast, to a dark French roast. They can also experiment by creating their own blends of specially coffee.

While roasting, the exterior of the ALPENROST remains cool to the touch. Once the roasting and cool down cycles are complete, the roasting drum has cooled enough to make it safe to handle.

Quick and Easy Clean-Up:

The stainless steel roasting drum, plastic bean cup and ventilation port are all dishwasher safe.
