Some coffee bean names include devine by movenpick. Coffee by Rost AG (rosca) include  gold lux, napoli, esperanto, bollero. Custom gourmet coffee blends are our specialty,     

Many operators underestimate the challenge of handling fresh milk for espresso based beverages. Too often the steam power on the espresso machine is not sufficient enough to steam and froth the required hot milk amount. On traditional espresso machines, milk is teamed by means of the steam wand. A stainless steel pitcher is usually used. We have an espresso machine available where the steam wand shuts off automatically at the correct milk temperature. Super automatic espresso machines have integrated refrigerators keeping the milk cold. Automatic frothers or foamers will automatically foam up milk for cappuccino and latte.

Espresso machine features may include, rapid steam, minimum wait, auto, shut off, cold milk, mini fridge, refrigerator, fridge, double grinders, thermo block, aluminum blocks.  Many boilers are still made of cooper. Most espresso machines and coffee makers feature boilers made of stainless steel.

We also specialize in pressure brewed coffee. While brewing coffee can be done many different ways, each brewing method extracts the aromas and substances in coffee differently such as tannin, tannic acid, caffeine. While we're not cooking in our store, you'll find many added features such as torani syrups and flavours (flavors). We have a whole bean retail section, where we can grind our gourmet coffee beans to your requirements. Also look for our pre ground coffee tins. Sorry, but we don't carry instant coffee or tea. A selection of  estate coffee and coffee beans, as well as espresso whole beans (or custom blend) are available. By the way, espresso is not spelled expresso or xpresso.

In our cafe (café) or coffee house, we feature a large specialty coffee menu, including espresso, ristreto, cappuccino, cafe latte, (not late),  cafe au lait, machiato, regular, decaf, decaffeinated, granita, slushies, slushed drinks, smoothy, smoothies, and we do not accept any sexual activities in our store. iced drinks, different recipes,   moccaccino, mocha, java, moka, whole beans, latte, love, green beans,  steamers, chai tea

Our green bean selection includes organic, natural, blends, europa espresso coffee, decaf beans etc... (more to come). We also feature loose tea leafs to take home.

Many people ask us about fair traded coffee. Well sometimes we do have it available. By the way, a pound of coffee contains more then 4,000 hand picked coffee beans (2 inside a coffee cherry). Harvesting coffee beans is very labour intensive and the whole family takes part in harvesting coffee beans. 

Coffee is grown in various countries such as Columbia (Columbian coffee),  Guatemala, Brazil, (Brazilian coffee), Mexico (Mexican coffee), Kenya in Africa, (AA Grade),  Far East.  Coffee beans are differentiated by high grown, coastal grown or low altitude grown. shade grown.  Two major coffee beans are the arabica and the robusta.

Give special attention to water quality going through the espresso machine. Use soft water. Water hardness over 3 gpg will shorten the live expectancy of your espresso machine. Also other substances such as bacteria and calcium need to be eliminated. Manufactures such as brita, claris  water care system, jura, everpure, durgol, urnex have the right solution. Some of them we even have in our store. We also carry espresso machine cleaning tablets, descaling, decalcifier, de-scaling, detergent, liquid, and powder.

Super automatic espresso machines do not require a knock box or bang box. Super automatic espresso machine grind, tamp the freshly ground coffee inside the cylinder, brew the espresso (including pre-brewing) and discharge the used grounds into a container, all automatic. Super automatics are ideal for self service applications in lounges, stores and offices. Super automatic espresso machines are wrongly called fully automatic. Our espresso makers feature smart cards.
