currency is not available, this means that the requested item is not
available or not practical to ship into that country.
Customers outside Canada are not being charged any taxes. However, you
may be charged duty, local taxes and customs brokerage by the courier
companies even though the item is marked as Free
Shipping.
US Customers
Some Items we ship from within the US for our US
customers and are marked with and you will not be charged Duty or
brokerage.

The Act
The events of Sept. 11, 2001, reinforced the
need to enhance the security of the United States. Congress responded by
passing the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and
Response Act of 2002 (the Bioterrorism Act), which President Bush signed
into law June 12, 2002.
Ontario Residents add 6% GST and 8% PST which is automatically applied
on the check-out form.
Atlantic Provinces will be charged the 14% HST.
All other Provinces will be charged the 6% GST.
Shipping:
Shipping cost is calculated on a per weight basis and is automatically
applied on the check-out form.
There is a Minimum Shipping Charge of $ 16.00 for most products.
Some larger items may include free shipping
and are usually indicated as such.
However, you may still be charged duty, local taxes and customs brokerage by the courier

Before you can order items you added to your saved cart (wish list)
account, you need to add them to your current shopping cart by clicking on

Order Check Out:
Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart, you can click on ,
found on the top of every page, which will bring you to the final check
out page on the secure server. Enter all information required and follow
the instructions.
Please note that when you fill in the billing address, it should be the
same as the billing address on your credit card, so that we can verify it
through your issuing bank. This is a standard security procedure for
online ordering, done to protect our customers and ourselves from credit
card fraud.
Returning Customers:
Please keep your password you created, or has been e-mailed to you, for
later use. We keep your contact information on file, except credit card
information, for your convenience. There is no need to re-enter your contact
information once you have created an account.
Credit Cards:
At the present time we can only accept Visa and Master Card. We apologize
for the inconvenience. We will add the rest of all major credit cards at a
later time.
