Once you place your order, you will receive an email order notification with the following status indication:
Order status:Queued
Within 2 business days, you should receive another email order notification indicating the order has been completed. This email will contain the tracking number and tracking link.
Alternatively, once your order has been completed, you can also login to your account.
Click on "order history" on the top right hand side, find your order and then click on "TRACK IT" on the top left area of the Invoice.
If there is no tracking number, the shipment has been shipped "non standard" usually due to special requests or circumstances. In this case, call us TOLL FREE to track your shipment: 877-465-2883
