How to Order

( If you would prefer to give your payment information over the phone, please follow the following steps first and choose "Phone Ordering" as the payment method. Then call us with the order number and your credit card information.  We prefer you to select the items on our website first and fill in your address information and choose the shipping option.  This reduces the chance of errors. We must enter all the information into the website anyway so it can calculate the shipping charges as we are unable to do this over the phone. )

If your browser has Java Scripting disabled, our cart functions a little bit different.
We recommend to enable Java Scripting. The following website will explain in detail how to do this:
If you don't want Java Script functionality, click on "If Javascript is disabled in your browser click here" located inside the right hand box labeled "MY ACCOUNT"
By clicking on "Buy" or "Add to Cart" button, the product will be added to the electronic Shopping Cart. If Javascript is disabled, you will be redirected to the Cart page as confirmation the product has been added. Click on "Continue Shopping" to add other products. Click on "Checkout" to finalize the check out process.
Products can also be added to the "Wish List". The wish list is a secondary cart system. Items in the wish-list can be emailed to other people. You can even send us your wish-list for a chance to get a discount coupon. To buy products that are inside the wish-list, simply click on "add to cart". You must be registered and logged in to use the wish list feature.
When finished adding products from our store, click on "View Cart". Confirm the items and then go to "Checkout". If you are logged in as a customer already, you will be directed to the payment option page, otherwise you can create an account at this point.
You do not have to create an account with a user name or password to buy products from us. However, if you decide not to create an account, you will not be able to take advantage of the advanced cart features.
You will now have the opportunity to review the shipping charges and select the shipping option you would prefer.
Payment Methods:
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal
  • You can use reward points to pay for your purchase
  • You can redeem a Gift Certificate
  • We accept Cheques (May take 10 days for cheque to clear)
  • You can call us for phone ordering
  • You may fax us your order
  • We accept Money Orders (May take up to 4 days to clear)
  • We accept Interac Email Money Transfers (Canada only)
  • We can send you our bank information for wire transfers
  • You can redeem discount coupons and vouchers
Reward points will be added to your account once the order has been processed and approved. When you are logged into your account, you'll be able to see the reward account balance.
Account Login:
Once logged into your account you can:
  • Review Order History
  • Re-Order from previous orders
  • Check the order status
  • Track your shipment
  • Manage your Wish List
  • Write reviews, testimonials and rate products
  • Change account settings
  • Subscribe to news letters
  • Change Password
  • Apply for advanced Membership Levels
Track your shipment:
Once your order has been processed (you'll receive a confirmation email), login to your account. Click on "order history", find your order and then click on "TRACK IT" on the top left area of the Invoice.
Wish List:
Use the wish list to add products for later ordering or other comparison purpose. You can send the wish list by email to other people. You can even email the wish list to us if you have any question or other inquiries about some products.


We have two advanced membership Levels:
Premium Member
We frequently offer specials for "Premium Members" only. Once approved as a Premium Member, you'll have access to great savings.
Wholesale Member
Once approved as a Wholesale Member, you have access to wholesale pricing where available.
International Orders:
If you reside outside the USA or Canada and wish to send something to a Canadian residence, please contact us via E-Mail and we will send you instructions on how to place your order, thank you.
Please note that all prices are in Canadian Dollars and your Credit Card company may charge you exchange rate fees. Call your bank to find out what those charges may be.
