No HFCS
Sweetbird is also free from High Fructose Corn Syrup, choosing to use instead a wheat-based glucose/fructose syrup that contains less than 35% fructose (compared to HFCS 55 - 90% fructose). This is also GMO-free, unlike the majority of High Fructose Corn Syrup. This and the beet sugar are used to produce a syrup range that gives more flavour to your drink without making it too sweet and without dulling the aromas from coffee or hot chocolate.
